Billboard Mujeres Latinas en la Música will recognize creatives and executives who in the past 12 months have made tangible, concrete impact on Latin music and the industry, through their artistic achievements or through noteworthy actions that have brought measurable recognition and opportunity to women, effecting positive change to the industry as a whole.
